{"id":43,"date":"2023-08-15T23:02:38","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T23:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teams.issibern.ch\/tradecumulifeedback\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2023-08-15T23:02:38","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T23:02:38","slug":"code-of-conduct","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/teams.issibern.ch\/tradecumulifeedback\/code-of-conduct\/","title":{"rendered":"Code of Conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Our Pledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our<br \/>\ncommunity a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body<br \/>\nsize, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender<br \/>\nidentity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status,<br \/>\nnationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual<br \/>\nidentity and orientation.<\/p>\n<p>We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming,<br \/>\ndiverse, inclusive, and healthy community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our<br \/>\ncommunity include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people<\/li>\n<li>Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences<\/li>\n<li>Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback<\/li>\n<li>Accepting responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes,<br \/>\nand learning from the experience<\/li>\n<li>Focusing on what is best not just for us as individuals, but for the overall<br \/>\ncommunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of unacceptable behavior include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The use of sexualized language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances of<br \/>\nany kind<\/li>\n<li>Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks<\/li>\n<li>Public or private harassment<\/li>\n<li>Publishing others&#8217; private information, such as a physical or email address,<br \/>\nwithout their explicit permission<\/li>\n<li>Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a<br \/>\nprofessional setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Enforcement Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of<br \/>\nacceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in<br \/>\nresponse to any behavior that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive,<br \/>\nor harmful.<\/p>\n<p>Community leaders have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject<br \/>\ncomments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are<br \/>\nnot aligned to this Code of Conduct, and will communicate reasons for moderation<br \/>\ndecisions when appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, and also applies when<br \/>\nan individual is officially representing the community in public spaces.<br \/>\nExamples of representing our community include using an official e-mail address,<br \/>\nposting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed<br \/>\nrepresentative at an online or offline event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enforcement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be<br \/>\nreported to the team leaders responsible for enforcement.<br \/>\nAll complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.<\/p>\n<p>All community leaders are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the<br \/>\nreporter of any incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enforcement Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Community leaders will follow these Community Impact Guidelines in determining<br \/>\nthe consequences for any action they deem in violation of this Code of Conduct:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Correction<br \/>\n<strong>Community Impact<\/strong>: Use of inappropriate language or other behavior deemed<br \/>\nunprofessional or unwelcome in the community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consequence<\/strong>: A private, written warning from community leaders, providing<br \/>\nclarity around the nature of the violation and an explanation of why the<br \/>\nbehavior was inappropriate. A public apology may be requested.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Warning<br \/>\n<strong>Community Impact<\/strong>: A violation through a single incident or series of<br \/>\nactions.<br \/>\n<strong>Consequence<\/strong>: A warning with consequences for continued behavior. No<br \/>\ninteraction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction with<br \/>\nthose enforcing the Code of Conduct, for a specified period of time. This<br \/>\nincludes avoiding interactions in community spaces as well as external channels<br \/>\nlike social media. Violating these terms may lead to a temporary or permanent<br \/>\nban.<\/li>\n<li>Temporary Ban<br \/>\n<strong>Community Impact<\/strong>: A serious violation of community standards, including<br \/>\nsustained inappropriate behavior.<br \/>\n<strong>Consequence<\/strong>: A temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public<br \/>\ncommunication with the community for a specified period of time. No public or<br \/>\nprivate interaction with the people involved, including unsolicited interaction<br \/>\nwith those enforcing the Code of Conduct, is allowed during this period.<br \/>\nViolating these terms may lead to a permanent ban.<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Ban<br \/>\n<strong>Community Impact<\/strong>: Demonstrating a pattern of violation of community<br \/>\nstandards, including sustained inappropriate behavior, harassment of an<br \/>\nindividual, or aggression toward or disparagement of classes of individuals.<br \/>\n<strong>Consequence<\/strong>: A permanent ban from any sort of public interaction within the<br \/>\ncommunity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Attribution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant,<br \/>\nversion 2.1, available at<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/www.contributor-covenant.org\/version\/2\/1\/code_of_conduct.html.<\/p>\n<p>Community Impact Guidelines were inspired by<br \/>\nMozilla&#8217;s code of conduct enforcement ladder.<\/p>\n<p>For answers to common questions about this code of conduct, see the FAQ at<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/www.contributor-covenant.org\/faq.
