Each of you who will be attending in person, please provide to Ms Jennifer Fankhauser (\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:secretary@issibern.ch\">secretary@issibern.ch<\/a>\u00a0<u class=\"\">and please also cc Georgios &amp; Mike<\/u>) <b>your arrival and departure dates in Bern<\/b> <b>until that date<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>You may find the address, telephone number, as well as a city map of Bern showing the location of the hotel, the train station\u00a0and ISSI on the ISSI web site:\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.issibern.ch\/localguide\/hotels.html\">http:\/\/www.issibern.ch\/localguide\/hotels.html<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>At ISSI members will fill in forms for the purpose of per diem reimbursement.\u00a0For ISSI it is the easiest if you make your own travel arrangements and\u00a0then bring all the receipts to\u00a0the meeting.
