First meeting: 18-12 May, 2023
Location: International Space Science Institute ISSI, Bern, Switzerland
The first meeting will follow a workshop format with members participating both in-person and remotely.
The goal for the week will be twofold:
- Find a plausible gravitational wave (GW) sensitivity curve for the mission, and
- Test the sensitivity on realistic population models of GW sources.
Daily working sessions will be followed by online plenary meetings at 18:00 CEST.
Second meeting: 2-6 December, 2024
Location: International Space Science Institute ISSI, Bern, Switzerland
The second meeting will follow a workshop format with members participating both in-person and remotely.
The primary objectives of the week are to:
- Update the sensitivity curve and make public via GW plotter
- Engage further with the UOP community and NASA
- Engage with independent teams considering micro-Hz GW detection with deep-space missions
- Explore further science possibilities in the quantum realm (entanglement, intensity interferometry)
- Plan future theory and mission development and team organisation needed to support this ancillary science for the UOP
Daily working sessions will be followed online plenary meetings at 17:00 CEST.
