Our second ISSI team meeting was conducted in hybrid mode during 24-28 July 2023 at ISSI, Bern, Switzerland. A total of 7 team members attended in-person and others were present online.
Our session started with Mark’s introductory remarks on 24th Monday at 09:30AM. We then started with our work plan for the week. The team had topic updates on our ongoing review article, reading through the draft and finding out the missing gaps/sections, incomplete topics and assigning people to further work on them. Several important new research articles were also discussed which need to be included in the article. As planned, team members dedicated first two meeting days to critically go through their assigned sections in the article and keep working on different incomplete sections.
Further days were utilized to discuss various collabrative projects. Several projects are underway and we plan to carry out these studies in the course of next year (+/- 6 months depending on the project skills/people involved). Few sessions were further dedicated for the writing of the article.
We ended the meeting with the happy note that our team can have a third meeting (yay!!!).. possibly in the month of March 2024!!!!
